The Ten Commandments

God’s Ten Commandments were not revealed to you so you would feel inadequate about your inability to meet God’s expectations. They were revealed to you, so that you would immediately realize that you do have imperfections in your life, many of which have taken over your life, and in order to be in right standing with our Holy God on judgment day, you will need a Savior and Advocate to help cover and remove your sins. By verbally accepting Jesus Christ as your Lord, He becomes your Savior and then through a prayerful request, the indwelling of the Holy Spirit occurs. The Holy Spirit then becomes your Advocate to help cleanse you from all your sinful ways. By looking at the Ten Commandments of God it is quite easy to see, that we all are in need of a Savior, to make us right with God, before it’s too late.
